Additionally, your insurance provider may determine how many sessions you can receive and the length of those sessions.

My Baby & Me is a warm, creative bonding experience designed for caregivers and children ages 2–5 to connect through intentional play, exploration, and shared joy. Held once a month, this gathering offers a relaxed, supportive space for families to slow down and engage in meaningful activities that nurture early development and deepen caregiver-child connection. Each session includes guided art-based play, sensory exploration, music, movement, and storytelling, along with light snacks and opportunities to connect with other families in community. Caregivers actively participate alongside their children throughout the experience. This is not a drop-off program. The focus is on presence, connection, and creating simple but lasting moments of togetherness in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.
