Your insurance company has the right to review your records at any time, and to ask for additional information regarding your care and our work together. Additionally, your insurance provider may determine how many sessions you can receive and the length of those sessions.
Please verify healthcare insurance coverage before your initial appointment and if the plan or company changes. Depending on your particular healthcare plan, prior authorization may be required. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider to determine if mental health services are covered by their policy.
